- Shipments require Arab-Irish Certificate of Origin and commercial invoice certified by the AICC
- Invoice to include the following statement “We certify that the present Invoice is authentic, that it is the only one issued by us for the goods mentioned therein, without deduction of any payment on account, and that they are of ……..Origin”
- Certificate of Origin with several Invoices can be processed if all Invoices have same Invoice date. Invoice Numbers date should be shown in Box 6 of the cert.
- Medicines, chemical products and by-products should carry a declaration as to whether they are hazardous or non-hazardous and that they are on free sale in the ROI
- Medicines and foods require an expiry date
- Documents not relating to a shipment require authentication at the DFA
- Documents must be in English
- The Embassy will not legalise numerous documents behind a notarial certificate
